TITLE: Spa Health & Wellness Program Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Arts in Health Science, Health Education, Public Health, or a closely related field required.
JOB DUTIES: Develop and implement health-focused spa protocols, incorporating evidence-based health science principles to promote safe and effective treatments. Conduct staff training programs on sanitation, hygiene, infection control, and safe treatment practices to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Educate spa guests on wellness best practices, safe spa usage, and healthy lifestyle choices. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and wellness programs through guest feedback, safety metrics, and program outcome assessments. Ensure compliance with local health codes, public health regulations, and spa wellness policies. Collaborate with spa therapists and wellness staff to integrate health education into spa services and enhance overall guest well-being.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
SALARY: $70,000 per year.
